– A reservation made under the Standard Rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
– For any reservation, whether Standard or Non-Refundable, the guest will be charged the full booking amount if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, fail to show up, or check out early.
– Except for early departure, if we are notified in time, the reservation can be converted to an open booking, allowing the guest to visit at a later date upon further communication.
